Procurement

· Assist with data entry, documentation, reporting and record-keeping.

· Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.

· Assist in sourcing suppliers and maintaining supplier information.

· Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, orders and delivery status.

· Maintain procurement records and filing.

· Assist with checking invoices and supporting documents.

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.

· Able to work in an industrial / manufacturing environment.

Admin

· Assist with general office administration and documentation.

· Maintain proper filing and record-keeping.

· Assist in office supplies and stationery management.

· Support company events, meetings and staff activities.

· Assist with incoming/outgoing documents and correspondence.

· Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR or related fields.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Good organizational and communication skills.

· Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently and as a team.

Safety

· Assist the HSE team in daily workplace safety inspections and site walkabouts.

· Assist in HIRARC / risk assessment and review of safe work procedures.

· Assist in HSE training, safety briefings and safety awareness campaigns.

· Assist in maintaining HSE records, KPI data, inspection reports and corrective action tracking.

· Create, edit and produce HSE / safety awareness videos for employee training and safety campaigns.

· Assist in developing safety posters, visual materials and other HSE communication content.

· Perform other HSE-related tasks assigned by the Safety / HSE Officer.

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, HSE, Environmental Health or related fields.

· Priority will be given to candidates with video editing/content creation skills.

· Able to use CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.

· Basic knowledge of workplace safety / HIRARC is an advantage.

· Creative, proactive and willing to learn.

· Comfortable working in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
