Location: PORT DICKSON

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise civil works at the construction site, ensuring project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Responsible for managing and supervising civil works at the construction site
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Review construction drawings, coordinate design changes, and resolve on-site technical issues
• Monitor subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Conduct site measurement, layout, progress documentation, and as-built records
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for inspections and project coordination
• Assist in material verification, cost control, and progress reporting
• Diploma or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or related fields
• On-site experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, drawings, and technical procedures
• Able to perform site layout, coordination, and problem-solving independently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
