JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers

* Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

* Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow

* Monitor project progress and report updates to management

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements)

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly

* Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control

* Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.)

* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required

* Ensure quality control and compliance with standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

* Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction/engineering projects)

* Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Willing to work on-site and travel as required

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
