Rakanda Enterprise Hiring! Full Time Outlet Manager in Pahang, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective operations in accordance with company procedures and standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve individual and company KPI targets.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling and duty roasters to ensure adequate manpower coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate desired behaviors for staff, including driving sales, handling difficult or complicated sales, cash management, inventory control, and customer follow-up.
• Provide a strong leadership presence and maintain proper control in-store, while ensuring all customer receive good service and quality merchandise.
• Ensure the outlet area is clean, organized, well maintained, and presented according to the highest presentation standards and OPE requirements.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Conduct hiring according to business needs and actively recruit to ensure open positions are filled promptly.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall staff performance.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Control inventory stock levels and ensure timely reordering of necessary items within the approved budget.
• Manage and control shrinkage through proper monitoring and preventive measures.
• Oversee and manage the entire outlet operations team and ensure the proper implementation of operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Age between 28-36
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail or operations, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other relevant applications.
