Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, understand vehicle issues, and recommend suitable repair or maintenance solutions.
• Receive customers, schedule appointments, and manage customer service throughout the repair process.
• Prepare service orders, repair descriptions, spare parts lists, cost estimates, and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and monitor repair progress to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent qualifications may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of automotive terminology, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality, independent, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate and comfortable using workshop management systems.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
