Responsibilities
NO AGE LIMIT
PREFER MANDARIN SPEAKERS
HR & Admin Exec MUST :
- Be able to pay attention to details to ensure 100% correctness and no mistakes
- Responsible for monthly salary calculation, attendance records, and HR document management, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations
- Responsible for daily data entry, document organization, and filing
- Monitor and follow up on monthly bills for branches
- Assist with other back-office and clerical support tasks assigned by supervisors

Working Hours:
Full time candidates is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Part time candidates working hours are negotiable (not for fresh grads)
Location : Emporium, Kuching
