Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, assessments, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding follow-up.
• Understand hiring requirements and maintain close communication with business departments to ensure recruitment targets are completed on time and according to headcount requirements.
• Support campus recruitment projects and execute campus hiring plans under guidance.
• Plan and implement special projects related to recruitment delivery and recruitment operations.
• Track, organize, maintain, and analyse recruitment data and hiring metrics.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
• Complete other recruitment or HR-related tasks assigned by management. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Languages, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interest in recruitment with a results-oriented mindset and strong execution skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for recruitment data tracking and analysis.
• Familiar with Photoshop (PS), H5, or other content/promotional material creation tools.
• Experience in employer branding is preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
