About the role:

Take charge of driving innovative strategies, assist in managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the success of the township projects in Port Dickson. You will lead impactful campaigns, build valuable relationships, and elevate the sales and marketing function to new heights.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing comprehensive strategies to meet company sales targets.
• Supervise and guide the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
• Develop appealing and competitive sales packages, as well as pricing strategies, to attract and retain customers while fostering business growth.
• Oversee the design and execution of marketing materials, advertising initiatives, and promotional events such as property launches, roadshows, and other campaigns.
• Coordinate and implement marketing programs effectively to align with the company’s sales goals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal professionals, real estate agencies, and financiers to support sales targets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and pinpoint opportunities for product improvement.
• Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences, adjusting strategies as needed to stay competitive.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in property development marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in the property development industry, particularly in township projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and manage teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to various sales galleries and company offices.
