Fundamental Job Duties

• Execute regular maintenance, implement upgrades and Field Change Orders
• Analyse and make repairs at customer site, if needed by effectively escalating to the next higher level, based on broad knowledge of most systems, using system documentation, to solve problems.
• Provide elementary training to the customer
• Maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers
• Make routine visits; setup and participate in regular meetings with customer
• Problem analysis and approach
• Advise customer technical personnel in dealing with problems, together with customer technical staff and using manuals and guidance from 2nd and 3rd line support, use tools, replace parts, improve settings, to execute repairs
• Carry out troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of equipment
• Handle technical presentation on equipment and support sales department on any technical requirements
• Keep track of all changes on equipment; Generate routine reports for each task as assigned
• To attend task assigned quickly and efficiently.
• To perform duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment
• Keep up to date on competitors’ equipment and customer requirement and report to management
• Install equipment at customers locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,318.32 - RM6,121.63 per month

Experience:

• Semicon Machine Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melaka
