We are looking for an Operation Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day operations at our company. This role is suitable for candidates who are energetic, detail-oriented, physically fit, and enjoy working as part of a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and billing documents accurately
• Verify charges, customer details and supporting documents
• Maintain proper administrative and billing records
• Support the preparation and submission of Customs declarations
• Ensure Customs documents and shipment details are complete and accurate
• Follow up on incomplete documents and billing matters
• Coordinate with Customs, customers and internal teams
• Perform others related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
