About the role

Join an established M&E contractor specialising in building and construction projects, supporting projects from design and coordination through to completion. This role suits a self-driven and independent Project Engineer who can coordinate site activities, manage stakeholders and keep projects moving without constant supervision. Candidates who are experienced / specialized in Electrical M&E projects will be added advantages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E project progress

• Track works against drawings, specifications, contracts and schedules

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors

• Attend site meetings and provide project updates

• Prepare RFIs, Method Statements, O&M manuals and documentation

• Manage material requests, ordering and site requirements

• Prepare progress claims, quotations and invoices

• Monitor project quality, safety, cost and timeline

• Resolve site issues and coordinate multiple project activities

• Support projects from design stage through completion

About you

• 2–3 years' relevant M&E Project Engineering experience

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering

• Experience in high-rise / building / construction projects preferred

• Strong preference for Electrical M&E background

• Able to coordinate contractors, consultants and clients

• Self-starter who can work independently
