Technical Support Engineer

Salary: SGD 3,200 – 4,200/month

About the Role

Our Client:
Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of workplace IT systems. You will troubleshoot user issues, support basic network and system administration, and work with internal teams or vendors when escalation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, software and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support basic Active Directory, DNS and DHCP administration.
• Diagnose LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity problems.
• Assist with software installation, system configuration and device setup.
• Monitor endpoint security, antivirus updates and routine system maintenance.
• Record IT incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or external vendor.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and asset records.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical or IT support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and basic documentation.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
