We are seeking a responsible and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for company directors and senior personnel. The successful candidate should have good knowledge of routes within the Klang Valley, demonstrate professional conduct, and maintain a high standard of vehicle care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for company directors and designated personnel for business-related appointments, meetings, events, and other scheduled destinations.
• Plan and select suitable routes according to traffic conditions, road closures, and daily schedules.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing and maintenance when required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, tolls, fuel, and other relevant expenses.
• Assist with the handling or transportation of documents, equipment, or other items when required.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality, professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
• Support changes to travel schedules or transportation arrangements based on business requirements.
• Handle information relating to the company and its personnel with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal, corporate, executive, or chauffeur driver is preferred.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.
• Demonstrate a safe and responsible driving record.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes, major roads, and highways.
• Able to work flexible schedules based on business and operational requirements.
• Willing to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required and in accordance with the agreed working arrangement.
• Responsible, punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when handling work-related information.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
