Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Welcome and assist customers at the information counter.
  • Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Provide information on facilities, services, promotions and operating hours.
  • Assist customers with directions and general requests.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
