We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Training & Development Manager to lead the training function across our growing F&B operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. New Joiner Training

- Conduct onboarding and operational training for new employees.

- Train employees on SOPs, outlet operations, food preparation, hygiene and service standards.

- Conduct hands-on training and assess employee competency.

2. Refresher & Continuous Training

- Conduct regular refresher and corrective training.

- Identify knowledge gaps, operational mistakes and SOP non-compliance.

- Provide training when there are changes to SOPs, products or processes.

3. SOP & Operational Standards

- Ensure employees understand and follow company SOPs.

- Standardise training and operational practices across all outlets.

- Work with Operations to improve SOP compliance.

4. Coaching & Development

- Coach outlet managers, supervisors and frontline staff.

- Provide feedback and guidance to improve employee performance.

- Encourage continuous learning and improvement.

5. Training Materials & Records

- Prepare training modules, manuals, checklists and assessment forms.

- Maintain training records and competency assessments.

- Review and improve training materials when required.

6. Training Effectiveness

- Follow up and monitor training effectiveness.

- Identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare training reports and recommendations for Management.

7. Multi-Outlet Training

- Coordinate training across the company’s 40 outlets.

- Ensure consistent training standards across branches.

- Conduct outlet visits for training, observation and on-site coaching.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B experience.
• Experience in F&B training, operations or multi-outlet management.
• Strong understanding of F&B SOPs and operations.
• Proven experience in training and coaching employees.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, engaging and able to lead training sessions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Practical and hands-on approach.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the training function.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
