Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and issues. The Account Executive will track account performance, prepare reports, and support sales activities such as presentations, negotiations, and contract renewals. The role also involves prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to revenue growth while providing a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account coordination, and customer service.
  • Experience with sales processes, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and support strategic account planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or similar systems to manage accounts and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an account management or sales role is an advantage, particularly in similar industries.
