We are seeking fluent Mandarin and English speakers to join a full-time remote interpreter position. No previous interpretation experience is required. Successful candidates will receive paid training and ongoing support to prepare for live interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and clear interpretation between Mandarin and English
• Listen carefully and communicate information while maintaining the meaning and tone of each speaker
• Follow client procedures and quality standards
• Complete required training, assessments, and assignments
• Maintain a professional remote working environment

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Good English vocabulary and sentence construction
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work remotely
• Full-time availability starting at 7:00 AM California time
• No previous interpretation experience required

Training Program

• 3-week paid training
• 2 hours of live training per day
• 5 hours of paid assignments
• 35 paid hours per week during training

Application Process

Qualified candidates will submit a CV and complete an English language assessment. Candidates who pass the English assessment will proceed to a Mandarin language assessment

Pay: $14.08 per hour
