WE’RE HIRING | Tender & Proposal Engineer

• Manage end-to-end tender, RFQ/RFP and proposal submissions

• Review ITB requirements and ensure full technical & commercial compliance

• Coordinate proposal inputs with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and technology partners

• Prepare technical proposals, methodologies, commercial documentation and supporting tender documents

• Support costing, tender clarifications and post-submission requirements

• Maintain vendor registrations, licensing and tender-related documentation

• Develop and maintain an efficient tender tracking template/dashboard for pipeline, deadlines, tender value, status, probability, pending actions and outcomes

• Continuously improve tender templates, document control and reporting processes

• Provide clear and timely tender pipeline updates to Management

What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in tender, proposal or commercial functions

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy and Utilities preferred.

• Strong Excel, documentation and reporting skills

• Experience developing or improving tender trackers, dashboards and proposal templates

• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across teams

• Strong sense of ownership, teamwork and accountability
