MULTI UNIT MANAGER – BOOST JUICE F&B MULTI-UNIT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Boost Juice is looking for an experienced F&B Multi-Unit Leader to manage multiple outlets, Store Managers and business performance.

This position is NOT an entry-level Area Manager role.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently or previously in a role such as:

• Junior Area Manager – F&B
• Area Manager – F&B
• Multi Unit Manager – F&B
• Senior Manager / Senior Store Manager – F&B with multi-outlet management experience
• Equivalent F&B multi-unit leadership position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Candidates MUST have:

• Minimum 2 years of MULTI-UNIT F&B MANAGEMENT experience
• Experience managing 2 or more F&B outlets simultaneously
• Strong People Management experience
• Hands-on experience managing P&L and outlet profitability
• Experience managing Store Managers / Outlet Managers and frontline teams
• Strong understanding of Sales, Labour Cost, COGS and operational KPIs
• Proven ability to analyse business performance and implement action plans
• Willingness to travel between assigned outlets

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF:

• Your experience is only as a single-outlet Store Manager
• You have less than 2 years of multi-unit F&B management experience
• Your management experience is mainly from non-F&B industries
• You have no hands-on exposure to People Management and P&L

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall performance of multiple Boost Juice outlets.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and outlet teams.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Review and manage P&L, COGS, labour cost and operating expenses.
• Analyse outlet KPIs and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Manage manpower planning and productivity across multiple outlets.
• Coach Store Managers on leadership, customer experience and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness and company standards.
• Build a strong performance-driven culture across all assigned outlets.
