Who Can Apply: Diploma / Degree students in HR, Business Administration, Management or related fields

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with recruitment and talent sourcing
• Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain and update HR records
• Support daily HR and administrative activities
• Help organise company activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Learn how HR works in a real business environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
