Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee property portfolios, optimize asset performance, and support investment and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor property portfolio performance.
• Review rental income, occupancy, expenses, and asset performance.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare portfolio reports, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset value and operational efficiency.
• Support property investments, acquisitions, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in property, asset management, real estate, or a related role.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of property operations and market trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
