Location: Kelana Square, Malaysia
Salary: Up to RM6,000 per month
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable / Potential for Permanent Employment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Availability: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Period

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team based at Kelana Square.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating technical drawings and documentation to support construction and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce and revise drawings using relevant drafting software.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings where required.
• Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards and specifications.
• Maintain proper drawing records and document control.
• Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies and technical coordination issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Drafter / CAD Drafter in construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of other drafting or BIM software will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately or within 1 month.

Salary: Up to RM6,000 per month

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
