Duties & Responsibilities :

• Perform equipment installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and operating procedures.
• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out corrective maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Assist with equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and improvement projects.
• Maintain proper maintenance records, inspection reports, and related technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers when required for maintenance and technical support.
• Provide technical support and suggestions to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Experience with stamping equipment, spraying/coating equipment, or other manufacturing equipment will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving.
• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Electrical competency certification / Wireman Certificate is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong execution skills with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet assigned deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call support, or support urgent maintenance activities when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and strong learning ability may be considered.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication with colleagues and suppliers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
