1. Operate and monitor SMT production machines.

2. Set up machines and feeders for production.

3. Perform product changeover and line setup.

4. Troubleshoot basic machine and process problems.

5. Monitor solder paste printing, placement, and reflow processes.

6. Check and maintain process parameters.

7. Support engineers in process improvement activities.

8. Identify and report production or quality issues.

9. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

10. Follow SOP, ESD, safety, and quality requirements.

11. Support new product introduction (NPI) and trial runs.

12. Maintain production and process records.

13. Rotating Shift

14. Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.

15. Work at Senai Factory

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
