Location: Tapah, Perak

Job Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally to ensure preventive maintenance of facility and assets are scheduled for completion to allow support the operations.
• Create flexible daily, weekly, monthly stuffing plan, shift working plan for Infinity loading team at customer site, Tapah IMM and M&R Simpang Pulai.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with customer and manage key performance metrics including input, review, and analysis of Infinity Loading team.
• Adhere to and enforce all company rules and policies and foster a high level of safety awareness and work environment to the loading team and rail team.
• Maintain the condition of reach stackers, forklift and other equipment at customer site and also in Tapah IMM.
• Provide administration to all staffs, including delegating and prioritizing job duties, recruiting, scheduling work assignments, and resolving any problems that may arise.
• Maintain the performance of all supervised employee's and ensuring it has positive impact on the cost control.
• Analyze receiving and loading trends to ensure yard allocations are maximizing the container yard footprint, and adjust with seasonal trends.
• Overseeing haulage drivers and work together with haulage team on delivery plan.
• Evaluate workload and create equipment deployment plan to ensure overall labour effectiveness goals are sustainably achieved.
• Work cross functionally to ensure preventive maintenance of facility and assets are scheduled for completion to allow support the operations.
• All other duties assigned by higher level management if instructed

Job Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of working experience in Rail, Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse or Haulage industry.
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in team supervision and cross-functional coordination is essential
• Familiarity with hauling operations, loading processes, and container yard management.
• Strong understanding of logistics workflows, including receiving, stuffing/loading, haulage, and yard planning
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in logistics operations
• Strong capability to lead and motivate teams (loading, haulage, and support staff).
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure and operational demands.
