About Us

Ipoh Eye Specialist Centre is an established ophthalmology centre serving the community in Malaysia, particularly in Perak, with more than 30 years of experience in specialist eye care.

As our centre continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our clinical team. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a specialist ophthalmology environment, working alongside experienced doctors and healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities

Patient Reception & Care
Greet and assist patients, handle registration, and provide professional and courteous support throughout their visit.

Appointment & Clinic Coordination
Schedule appointments, send reminders, and ensure the clinic's appointment system is updated accurately.

Clinical Support
Perform basic eye assessments and diagnostic tests according to established procedures and doctors' instructions.

Doctor & Procedure Assistance
Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures in the consultation and treatment rooms.

Medication & Patient Support
Assist with patient preparation, explain procedures where appropriate, and dispense medications according to doctors' prescriptions and centre protocols.

Operating Theatre Support
Assist with preparation of the Operating Theatre, equipment, and instruments, including sterilisation procedures.

Clinic Operations
Answer telephone enquiries, assist with general administrative tasks, and monitor clinic supplies and inventory.

Cashiering & Billing
Handle cashiering, billing, and daily sales transactions accurately.
