• Oversee daily HR operations for warehouse employees, including attendance management, disciplinary matters, and workforce allocation.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors to plan shift schedules, overtime requirements, and manpower deployment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for warehouse staff, including employment contracts and HR system data entry.
• Advertise job vacancies and source suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
