Working Location : Seremban Jaya

Working Hour : 9pm - 6pm (Alternate Saturday 0.5)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales from outlets, delivery platforms (e.g. Grab, Foodpanda), and POS systems
• Compile and process payroll including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions
• Manage and update employee records: contracts, leave, medical, and attendance
• Maintain office supplies, utilities, and outlet-related logistics
• Organize company files (soft & hard copy) for audit and compliance
• Assist with documentation related to outlet performance, HR letters, and vendor contracts
• Other adhoc task

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar role (F&B or retail background preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
