• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for production machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC, HMI, sensor, motor, inverter/VFD and servo drive problems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plastic injection and blow moulding machines.
• Troubleshoot machine control panels, electrical circuits, relays, contactors, heaters and temperature control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment such as chiller, air compressor, dryer, hopper loader, granulator, cooling tower, mould temperature controller, robot and conveyor systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematic, wiring diagram and PLC I/O diagram.
• Conduct electrical testing and fault finding using appropriate testing equipment.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Carry out machine installation, modification, improvement and commissioning work when required.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring machine/electrical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, PM activities and spare parts usage.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company SOP, safety requirements, LOTO and 5S.
• Support Engineering projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor / Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience in plastic injection and/or blow moulding machinery is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, PLC, HMI, inverter/VFD, servo drive, motor, sensor, heater and temperature control.
• Able to read and understand electrical schematic and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shift, overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
