Job Requirements

Qualification: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: 

1. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment of related field is preferred.

2.EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry experience

Skills:

1. Able to read the Engineering drawings.

2. Understand design processes for products.

3. Identify and design tools related to the process.

4. Troubleshoot all daily production related issues.

5. Implement new processes/ method for efficient production.

6. Cycle time improvement.

7. Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management.

8. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up new production line.

2. Work with custom for new product NPI stage.

3. Problem solving for product & process quality issue.

4. Process improvement for quality, cost & delivery.

5. Manage manufacturing engineering operation.

6. Develop and maintain process WI/SOP product line.  

7. Evaluate & select various engineered materials & BOM issue.

8. New production process set up with effectiveness control plan.

9. Trouble shoot product/process related quality, cost, delivery issue for Improvement.

10. Implement safety, productivity working environment.

11. Interface with production all activities associated with the new process implementation & transfer.

12. Oversee new process equipment production.

13. Working follows the ISO QMS management.

14. Communication with on customer product or process quality issue for yield improvement.

15. Maintain the working area always in a good 5S & safety working environment.

16. Provide support to Senior process engineer.

17. Any assignment as and when required by the company.

18. Achieve company setting KPIs target
