About you
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Preferred)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (Preferred)
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Coordinate schedules with beauticians
- Recommend suitable services, packages, and products to clients
- Handle billing, payments (cash, card, e-wallet), and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment history
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area
- Assist in promoting products and packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
