Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, door access controllers and intercoms on site.
• Perform cable routing, termination and basic network setup to ensure stable system connectivity.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose faults, replace faulty components and restore system function promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and firmware or software updates to maintain reliability.

Client Support & Handover

• Conduct site testing, prepare handover documentation and train end users on basic operation.
• Log job details, report issues and coordinate with supervisors for parts or escalations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years working experience in CCTV, door access or intercom installation and maintenance.
• Certificate or diploma in electronic engineering, electrical or related technical field is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with analog and IP CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR configuration.
• Familiarity with access control systems, intercom wiring and basic TCP/IP networking.
• Able to read wiring diagrams, use a multimeter and basic hand tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication for liaising with clients and site teams.
• Practical problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently when required.
• Physically fit for on-site work and willing to travel to customer locations.
