Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

This role provides administrative and technical support to engineers and helps maintain proper records and documentation for ongoing projects.

• Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings and related documents.
• Support engineers in organizing technical files, reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with production, project, and drafting teams regarding drawing updates and documentation.
• Assist in preparing basic reports, data sheets, and project information when required.
• Help ensure drawings and documents are properly filed and accessible for reference.
• Provide general support to the technical team for daily departmental tasks.
• Assist in collecting technical data and organizing project information.
• Support communication between the technical department and other internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or Head of Department.

Minimum Qualifications, Requirements, and Experience

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree Degree in Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD .
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
