Junior AI & Business Systems Executive
Location: Malaysia
Working Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH) — Office attendance when required
Salary: RM2,500/month, depending on experience and capability

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, curious and organised person to work directly with our CEO and help build the company's AI, automation and business systems.

This is not a traditional admin position.

You will have the opportunity to work across the whole company — understanding how our business operates, identifying problems, researching solutions and using AI and technology to build better ways of working.

You don't need to be an expert programmer.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, thinks logically and enjoys solving problems.

What You Will Do

AI & System Building
- Work with the CEO to build internal AI tools and business systems
- Build dashboards, reporting systems and automated workflows
- Use AI and no-code/low
-code tools to improve company processes
- Help connect different systems and data
- Test and improve systems Research & Analysis
- Research AI tools, software and new technologies
- Compare different solutions and recommend the best option
- Analyse company data and prepare useful reports
- Find opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

CEO Assistant & Follow-Up
- Help the CEO organise and track important tasks
- Follow up with departments on pending items
- Prepare research and information before meetings
- Record decisions and follow up on action items
- Help turn the CEO's ideas into actual projects

Documentation
- Document workflows, systems and SOPs
- Maintain system information and access records
- Make sure systems can be understood and maintained by other team members

Working Style
This is a WFH-first position.
You don't need to come to the office every day.

You will come in when we need to:

- Attend important meetings
- Understand business operations
- Test systems
- Train staff
- Work on important projects
