At Moxy, we believe great stays are built on memorable experiences and genuine connections. We're looking for an energetic, service-driven, and people-focused Concierge Supervisor to lead our Concierge Crew and ensure every guest receives personalized service that goes beyond expectations.

As a Concierge Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily Concierge operation, coordinate guest requests and special arrangements, support the team in delivering exceptional service, and create unique experiences that make every stay memorable. You'll be the go-to expert for local recommendations, guest assistance, and seamless service coordination across the hotel.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team and ensure seamless guest service delivery.
• Respond to guest requests for transportation, restaurant reservations, dry cleaning, local experiences, and other special arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care.
• Gather and share information on local attractions, events, dining venues, and experiences.
• Ensure all guest calls, messages, and requests are recorded, tracked, and followed up promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and other departments to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Review shift logs and daily communication reports to ensure all outstanding requests are prioritized and completed.
• Monitor Concierge supplies and coordinate replenishment of office materials as required.
• Support VIP arrivals, Marriott Bonvoy Elite recognition, and special guest arrangements.
• Notify Loss Prevention of any guest reports involving lost or stolen items.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, motivating, and developing Concierge Crew members.
• Maintain departmental standards, operational procedures, and brand compliance.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating exceptional hospitality and leadership at all times.
