Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Handle the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, job offer and hiring.

· Coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of relevant documents, employee records and necessary arrangements.

· Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, including new hires, promotions, transfers, position changes and resignations.

· Assist in ensuring all new joiners complete the required employment documents and onboarding procedures.

· Maintain and update the organisation structure and employee position records.

· Prepare employment-related documents, HR letters and formal communications to employees.

· Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll-related matters and employee records.

· Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.

· Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are properly collected, updated and filed.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management review, including recruitment, attendance, employee turnover and other HR-related reports.

· Attend to employees’ enquiries, grievances and complaints, and provide appropriate assistance or guidance where necessary.

· Assist in ensuring HR policies, procedures and company directives are properly communicated and implemented.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior and/or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

· Preferably with 1–3 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

· Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding will be an added advantage.

· Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment practices and payroll administration.

· Experience in payroll processing or payroll-related matters is an advantage.

· Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels.

· Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

· Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Good problem-solving skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.

· Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and HR-related information.

· Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
