• Develop and maintain the Master Construction Programme and detailed project schedules.
• Site preparation and earthworks
• Structural works
• Architectural works
• M&E works
• External and infrastructure works
• Testing, commissioning, and handover
• Prepare Baseline Programme, short-term programmes, look-ahead schedules, and recovery programmes.
• Monitor actual site progress against the approved programme.
• Collect and verify daily/weekly progress information from the site team and subcontractors.
• Update project schedules and identify activities that are behind schedule.
• Analyse programme delays, critical paths, float, and schedule impacts.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports for management, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare progress presentations, S-curves, manpower histograms, and other planning reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme alignment.
• Monitor material procurement, shop drawings, approvals, inspections, and other activities affecting construction progress.
• Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation and recovery measures.
• Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis where required.
• Maintain proper records of programme updates, site progress, instructions, variations, and delays.
• Attend progress meetings and provide planning-related updates.
• Assist the Project Manager in determining project priorities and sequencing of works.
• Ensure the construction programme is aligned with contractual milestones and project requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager / Management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
