Job Scope :

• Conduct regular outlet visits and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, competitor activities and market trends.Identify market issues, analyse root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Execute and support field marketing campaigns, product launches and outlet activities.
• Identify new outlet opportunities and support market expansion.
• Prepare regular field reports with clear insights, findings and recommended actions.
• Follow up on reported issues and track the effectiveness of solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to turn market insights into business actions.

Requirements :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work in the field.
• Proactive, observant and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to analyse information and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Experience in field marketing, sales or FMCG/vape industry is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
