Job Description – Project Executive

• Project Planning & Coordination – Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure work is carried out according to the approved schedule, specifications, and requirements.
• Site Supervision – Oversee site operations and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and methods.
• Project Documentation – Prepare and maintain project documents, including progress reports, site reports, work schedules, meeting minutes, material records, and other relevant documentation.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination – Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure materials, manpower, and resources are available when required.
• Quality & Safety Compliance – Monitor work quality and ensure all activities comply with project specifications, company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Client & Management Reporting – Communicate project updates, issues, and achievements to management and clients, and assist in resolving technical, operational, and project-related matters.
• Tender Participation & Submission – Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents, including reviewing tender requirements, preparing quotations, compiling supporting documents, and ensuring all submissions are complete and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
