obscopes:

• Production planning & scheduling
• Prepare weekly/ monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
• Oversee the daily activities of production workersMonitor production output
• Coordinate with purchaser/ store/ inventory team for material availability
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issuesIdentify areas for improvement in the production process to minimize downtime and waste
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine usage and worker attendance
• Ensure adherence to production processes and standard operating prosedures (SOP)Work closely with the QAQC team to ensure finished products meet with quality standard.
• Conduct in-process inspections and take corrective actions when required
• Report and investigates any workplace incidentsAct as a communication bridge between shop floor and managementAll other duties as instructed by theManagement from time to time

Requirements:

• Knowledge on GMP and HALAL is required
• 2- 5 years experience in a production/ supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing or Kaizen is a plus
• Able to analyze data and generate reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
