EVENT EXECUTIVE – FULL TIME

WORKING LOCATION: SALAK PERDANA, SEPANG

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Event Executive to manage retail kiosk operations and physical events, ensuring smooth execution and strong operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations for retail kiosks and event setups.
• Supervise, coordinate and support retail staff to ensure smooth operations and strong sales performance.
• Oversee inventory, logistics and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with mall management, vendors and event partners for smooth execution.
• Ensure operational SOPs and brand standards are followed consistently.
• Monitor sales reports and identify opportunities for operational and sales improvement.
• Coordinate event schedules, manpower and on-site requirements.
• Support the team during events and resolve operational issues when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in retail operations, event management or a similar role.
• Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks or locations.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends when required for events.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or retail is an added advantage.
