Responsibilities:

• Process and execute account/payment transactions within the required timeframe.
• Verify bank account setup, limits, and balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and security.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school qualification.
• Basic English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Mandarin speaking is required.
• Accounting/Finance background is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or above preferred.
• Able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Able to work morning/night/rotational shifts and overtime when required.
• Candidates aged 20–30 are preferred.
• Payment-related experience is an advantage.

Working Arrangement:

• During probation: Work from Home, own laptop/PC required.
• After probation: Onsite office/hostel near Old Klang Road.
• Free hostel provided after probation.
• Living and working areas are separate.
