Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to support our sales team in promoting health and wellness products, following up with customers, and assisting with daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling the company’s health and wellness products.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and potential sales leads.
• Introduce product benefits, promotions, and packages to customers.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining good customer relationships.
• Support basic after-sales follow-up and repeat purchase activities.
• Help update customer and sales records.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and willing to communicate with customers.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Interest in sales, health products, wellness, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
