About the role

• Manage periodic data collection from General Partners (GPs) through eFront Invest, including NAV, fund, portfolio and other private assets data.
• Monitor data collection campaigns, submission status and follow up with GPs to ensure completeness and timely submission.
• Perform manual data uploads where required and maintain accurate records in eFront Invest.
• Onboard new investment funds and update private assets data in designated systems and repositories.
• Review and validate capital activities, including capital calls and distributions, against GP statements and system records.
• Investigate, track and resolve discrepancies between eFront Invest and GP statements.
• Review monthly pricing files and monitor vendor and Fund Administrator deliverables.
• Oversee vendor activities to ensure transaction bookings, market values, remaining commitments and required reports are updated within SLA.
• Coordinate with General Partners, vendors, Fund Administrators, Portfolio Managers and internal Private Assets teams.
• Maintain GP portal access to ensure timely receipt of notices, reports and financial statements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives related to Private Assets operations.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of investment operations experience within an asset manager, fund administrator or similar environment, preferably with private assets exposure
• Good understanding of private assets and investment operations
• Strong understanding of GP/LP structures and private asset terminology
• Good knowledge of capital calls, distribution notices, commitments, funded/unfunded commitments, remaining capital commitments, waterfall and carried interest
• Basic understanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Private Credit
• Good understanding of Limited Partnership Agreements (LPA) and fund structures is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with eFront and/or Aladdin is an added advantage
• Strong Excel, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team

Job summary
Manage private assets data collection and operations for General Partners through eFront Invest.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
