Leadership Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive is expected to take ownership of the sales function and ensure that both personal and team activities contribute directly to company revenue.

The position should demonstrate:

• Strong leadership and accountability
• Ability to motivate and guide the Sales Executive
• Strong sales discipline and follow-up
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to analyse sales performance
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, automotive, motorcycle, rental, or related industries.
• Experience supervising or managing junior sales staff is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good knowledge or interest in motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and CRM/sales systems.
• Valid motorcycle licence is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
