Are you ready to bring ideas to life and be part of the Meetings, Exhibitions, Conferences and Incentive (MICE) industry? We are looking for Project Executives to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy planning, organizing, and making things happen, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to deliver excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage project documents, keeping them accurate and up to date.
- Plan and manage event timelines, site inspections, and on-site execution.
- Support the team in delivering successful exhibitions and events.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Independent, yet a strong team player.
- Willing to travel for outstation or overseas projects.
- Own transport is required.
