Bina Cloud Hiring! Full Time Solutions Engineer (Construction Tech - AI) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

If you're a civil engineering, QS, or architecture graduate who gets more excited about building construction tech & software, this role is for you.

At Bina Cloud, we build BIM common data environment platforms that Malaysian construction teams use on real projects, covering the full asset lifecycle from design collaboration to construction delivery to facilities management. Our users include JKR engineers, consultants, contractors and developers.

We are now building AI into every part of our platform, and this role sits at the centre of that work.

What you'll do:

• Shape the AI features that go into our construction platform, from idea to testing to launch, working closely with our engineering team
• Use AI tools in your daily workflow for demos, documentation, testing and client research
• Test every new feature hands on before it goes live
• Run product demos, onboarding and training sessions for client project teams
• Gather feedback from clients and site teams and bring it back into our product and AI roadmap

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of working experience. Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Confident presenting in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Genuine curiosity about technology and AI. You're the one on your team who figured out the software everyone else avoided
• A fast learner who is comfortable working in a speedy team where what you build ships in weeks, not years

Good to have:

• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or any CDE or construction management platform

You won't be doing this alone. You'll learn directly from our in house subject matter experts in QS, BIM and project management.
