Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily import and export customs clearance activities.
• Prepare and check customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, permits, and related documents.
• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM), customs agents, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all customs activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
• Manage and monitor LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) requirements and compliance.
• Assist with LMW licence renewal, applications, and preparation of supporting documents.
• Monitor HS Code classification, customs duties, taxes, and exemptions.
• Maintain proper records of customs declarations, permits, licences, and supporting documents.
• Support customs audits and resolve customs-related issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor customs clearance status and ensure shipments are cleared on time.
• Prepare basic customs and import/export reports for management.
• Perform other duties related to customs, import/export, and logistics as assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
