Job Responsibilities

• Record all received PIN codes from suppliers and storefronts in the internal Excel database.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and complete before uploading them to the server.
• Assist with mobile card purchases for customers.
• Update daily purchase records for the API system and Direct Top-Up.
• Submit purchase orders for approval by the relevant department or person in charge.
• Prepare and process accurate purchase orders, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
• Assist with email top-up requests to suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering when necessary to maintain sufficient stock.
• Assist the Purchaser, Superior, and HOD with data updates and other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a clerical, administrative, purchasing, or related role.
• Basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good typing skills with reasonable speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and purchase records.
• Able to stay focused when handling repetitive tasks and large amounts of data.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to complete tasks within the required timeline.
• Willing to learn and able to work well with others.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
