Position: Account Executive
Salary Package: RM4,000 - RM5,000
Working Location: Senai, Johor
Company Background: Supplier of oil palm fertilizer and seed
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Descriptions:
Handle full set accounts.
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Assist in monitoring accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Check and verify staff claims, supplier bills, and payment requests.
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.
Maintain proper filing and ensure accounting documents are organized and up-to-date.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or Accounts Executive/Manager.

Requirements
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3 years or more related working experience.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS) will be an added advantage.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
